QUALITY CONTROL IS DIVIDED INTO 4 STAGES: ACCEPTANCE CHECKS, PROCESS CHECKS, TESTING, AND PRODUCT TRIALS.
Acceptance checks - for the physical condition of materials, presence of any defects from previous processes, and any damage resulting from handling or transport.
Next, all the necessary processes are initiated to ensure traceability of the production lot and compliance with the specifications agreed during the quotation stage.
Process checks - on the pre-treatment, application, and polymerization stages.
· Pre-treatment - temperature, concentrations, Ph, and processing times are checked for all pre-treatment stages.
· Application - application thicknesses are checked both “dry” and after polymerization.
· Polymerization - curing temperatures are monitored in kilns and on items.
· Appearance - based on the criteria and parameters agreed with the customer, aesthetic quality checks are made on sample products before packing. If Free Pass is requested, the quality control procedures are conducted in the dedicated section rather than at the end of the line.
Tests and trials - we can implement all the tests listed in the R&D section.
According to customers' requests test reports can be provided from testing in our internal laboratory.
